I just wanted to comment on one of your staff, "M.", who came to make a repair on a chest of drawers for us ... One of our drawers was missing a runner and he came to install it. While he was here, we asked if he knew how we could make all our drawers slide more easily. He said the only way was to grind down the glides on the bottom of the drawers. He tried a few drawers and just said, "That ain't right", and proceeded to work on each drawer himself. He stayed at our house close to an hour going above and beyond just to make us happy with our furniture. We'll certainly come back to the Roomstore and recommend it to our friends because of "M."s outstanding customer care. Please pass on our thanks!

(We) would like to extend our gratitude to "E." at the Room Store for providing us withoutstanding customer service during our visit. He was attentive to our needs without being pushy. We had a good idea of budget and we knew wanted a bedroom set and living room set, so,with his guidance we picked out some lovely pieces. "E." approved our finance application for $6400, but after we saw the bottom line, we knew we just couldn't afford it on (my husband's) police sargeant salary. We explained to "E." that we could only purchadse the living room set and he was just great about it. I know we caused him extra work, and yet not once did he complain or belittle us. Thanks "E."!

I am writing to in regarding a sales person in your Glendale store. His name is "S." and he helped me yesterday. I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a sofa from the small shop next to your store in Feburary and I still don't have my sofa, even though he has my money and won't give it back. "S." was very kind and very much a gentleman and showed me all around the store and helped me find the sofa I want. He was never once pushy or rude. I do want desperately to buy the sofa from "S.", he was so very kind, but until I get my money from the shop next door, I don't know if that will happen. I have worked retail my entire life and know that people only take the time to write when they are upset, so I wanted to write to show my appreciation for "S." I feel he deserves some sort of recognition for his outstanding service. Thank you.

I ended up special ordering a set from Broyhill. "K." did an awesome job on getting the set delivered within 3 weeks of me ordering it. "K." deserves recognition for not only taking a lot of time with me when I initially came in, she also did a great job after the sale.
