The RoomStore Guarantees you to be satisfied with your purchase or you may return it for a full credit of your furniture total within 72 hours of your delivery or pickup. All furniture to be returned must be in the same condition as either picked up or delivered; or the SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IS VOID. No credit will be issued for delivery charges or warranties, if any. In order to take advantage of the Satisfaction Guarantee you must schedule return of the original furniture within 72 hours or delivery or pickup. No returns will be accepted after 72 hours of your pickup or delivery. NO 72 hour return privileges are allowed for special orders. If you wish to return any merchandise please contact the showroom where your purchase was made. If you have purchased a Sealy Mattress and Box Spring set, your sleep satisfaction guarantee is 30 days with the use of a mattress pad. We allow one exchange privilege under our sleep guarantee. If a reselect is less than the original, then the remaining value will only be available as in-store credit.

Floor samples that are displayed on our showroom floor are representative of the fit, finish, tailoring, and quality of the merchandise that you will receive. We ask that you carefully examine the sample to be certain that they meet your expectations. Your Sales Associate can answer any questions you may have concerning your purchase.

OUR SERVICE PLEDGE TO YOU:
The RoomStore sells merchandise from the industry’s leading manufacturers, many of which offer exclusive extended warranties on their products. These warranties vary in length from 3 YEARS to LIFETIME and cover specific areas of construction. Please refer to the warranty information attached to the item purchased for more details. In the absence of a specific manufacturer’s warranty, The RoomStore warrants all merchandise that we sell to be free from manufacturer’s defects for a 3 year period from the delivery date to the original purchaser. The RoomStore also warrants all upholstery frames, cushions and springs for their lifetime. Should any defect develop within the first 72 hours after delivery, we will repair or replace the merchandise at your option, excluding special orders. After 72 hours, we will repair the merchandise bringing it up to manufacturer’s specifications, replace it at our option, or allow in-store credit of affected item if the item is unavailable from the manufacturer. If replacement is necessary, your new merchandise will be provided at No Charge to you, with the exception of delivery fees. If you picked up the original merchandise, you may return the defective merchandise to our warehouse and pick up the replacement.

The warranty is void if The RoomStore deems that damage was caused by abuse, negligence, or accident. In as much as upholstery fabrics are not guaranteed by the mills or factories, we do not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading colorfastness, or any damage caused by any cleaning process. The RoomStore disclaims that responsibility once the merchandise has been relocated, repaired, or tampered with by the customer during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply when the merchandise is used for commercial purposes. Merchandise sold As-Is is NOT covered by this warranty.

Out Of Town Delivery Charges Vary Depending on Destination City

Regular Weekday or Weekend Delivery
Your merchandise will generally be delivered between 8:30AM and 5:00PM. Since our trucks are pre-routed by geographical area for this type of delivery, we cannot offer time-scheduled delivery. We will contact you and confirm your delivery two days prior to the scheduled day and again the night before delivery to give you a four-hour time window. If requested, we can call you at your place of business one hour prior to our expected arrival time at your home so you can meet our drivers. Otherwise, please arrange to be home, or have a relative or friend there when our truck arrives. A re-delivery charge will be assessed if no one is home to accept the scheduled delivery or if a delivery is changed inside a 24 hour window of the scheduled delivery. Due to insurance restrictions we cannot enter your home unless a responsible adult 18 years of age or older is present and can sign our paperwork accepting delivery in good condition. Please clear the area of your home where your new furniture is to be placed prior to the arrival of our delivery team. Our employees cannot be responsible for moving furniture, connecting stereo equipment, or televisions. In the unlikely event that The RoomStore or it’s agents cause damage to your property during delivery, it will be repaired at no cost to you providing the damage is reported to our Customer Satisfaction Department (602) 268-1144 within 24 hours of the delivery.

Time Stop Deliveries
If you have chosen a time stop for your convenience, you will be delivered within the requested 2-hour window from 8:30AM to 6:00PM. All other delivery information above is the same.

To check on a delivery, schedule or re-schedule a delivery date please call the showroom where you made your purchase.

SPECIAL ORDERS
We're grateful for the confidence you have placed in us by placing your order with The RoomStore. The following information will be useful while your furniture is on order.

As a general rule, most upholstery, bedrooms, and dining rooms take approximately 30-45 days to arrive. These delivery times are approximate and are by no means a guaranteed time of arrival. We appreciate your patience while your order is being filled. If you have any questions regarding your special order, please contact the store from which you ordered. All special orders are non-cancelable unless they can be cancelled at the manufacturer and are non-returnable.

REFUNDS:
In the event a refund is authorized, a RoomStore check will be issued if you paid by cash or check. If you paid by using a Bank Card, the refund will be issued as a Bank Card credit. Normal time for refund processing is 10 to 14 banking days. All refunds are issued by the Corporate Offices; stores cannot give refunds.

COD POLICY:
Drivers are not able to accept COD payments. Orders must be paid in full or financed at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

WAREHOUSE PICK-UP INFORMATION:
Merchandise may be picked up at our Phoenix warehouse located at 3011 E. Broadway, Suite 100 (See map on back of this brochure). Pick up hours are 10:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Saturday and 11:00AM until 5:00PM on Sundays. Generally you will be on your way within 30 minutes of your arrival, however, during busy periods, it may take longer. The RoomStore will assist, but is not responsible for securing furniture to your vehicle. We do not supply pads or ties, however, heavy duty twine will be supplied. For better merchandise protection, we suggest that you do not completely unwrap/unpack your merchandise until you get home. However, we do recommend that you at least open and inspect your new merchandise before leaving the warehouse in case there is any concealed damage caused in shipping. If concealed damage is discovered after you get home, please call our Customer Satisfaction Department (602) 268-1144 immediately. The RoomStore will not assume any responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost while you are transporting it.

APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIMES:
If your merchandise is out of stock or you placed a special order, we will give you an approximate arrival date. Approximate arrival dates are based on what our suppliers tell us. We will do everything within our ability to have your merchandise available as soon as possible. If there is a delay, we will contact you. To check on the status of your order, please call your Sales Associate. Store locations and phone numbers can be found on the back of this brochure.
